The audit

The Lead Flow Audit is provided free and for informational purposes. It may include a single test inquiry sent to a number you provide, with your consent. Findings and estimates are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

No guarantees

We describe outcomes other property managers may achieve and provide estimates based on industry data and your inputs. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volumes, occupancy, or that any AI system will recommend your business.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false information, other people's data without permission, or use the site to abuse, spam, or reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Demand-to-Door Engine framework are owned by Occuline. You may not copy or resell them without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

The site and audit are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Occuline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the audit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Paid engagements are governed by a separate services agreement.
